Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

Classified By: CDA Matthew Tueller for reasons 1.4 (b) and (d)
(C) In a July 31 meeting with Charge d'Affaires, Ministry of
Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Khaled Al-Jarallah said that
Kuwait's position on the G-4 UNGA resolution to expand the UN
Security Council is "not far from the U.S. position."
Previously, Al-Jarallah more clearly stated Kuwait's
intention of voting against the G-4 resolution (refs B and
C). The GOK has yet to publicly declare its official
position despite Al-Jarallah's stated intention to do so (ref
C).
