Internacional No. 03/2005. The IPS--Instituto de
Prevision Social is the government institution in
charge of the workers' health and retirement
programs. Tender calls for software programs plus
technical and training services. Tender will be
financed with IPS' own funds. Foreign bidders must
participate only through their duly registered local
agents or representatives. Specifications cost
Guaranies 300,000, and can be viewed at the
following web site:

The present free floating exchange rate is
approximately Guaranies 6,000 per U.S. Dollar.
Interested parties must purchase specifications from
the IPS address only.
