(SBU) On July 29, per Ref A, DTRO-A (Almaty) delivered the START treaty itemized cost lists for the period 1 April 2005 - 30 June 2005, to CPT R. Maermanov, Duty Officer, Arms Reduction Control and Inspection Activities Center, Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense. CPT Maermanov had no comments and no reaction. 2.
