Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

Faquira stated the GRM supported the creation of a UN Peacebuilding Commission (PBC) and agreed that its establishment following the September High-Level Event would be beneficial to the reform process. Faquira seemed pleased that the draft resolutions would allow for broad participation within the PBC, particularly that non-UNSC members would have representation. He said he would pass the talking points and draft resolution package to Mozambique's UN Mission in New York, since it is taking the lead for the GRM on UN reform initiatives. La Lime
