Country clearance is requested for Sterling D. Tilley, Political Officer, Diplomatic Passport No. 900353131 (Security Clearance: Top Secret); for travel to Foz do Iguacu, Punta Porta, Brasil and Posadas, Argentina on July 28, 2005 to August 02, 2005, for the purpose of meeting with local government officials regarding TIP Border Assessment. 3. Sterling Tilley will travel via motor vehicle with ICE and CBP officials from Montevideo and the U.S. 4. Hotel reservations for the group have already been made for rooms at the Mabu Hotel for overnight stay. No assistance is required. 5.
