Berry for reasons 1.5 (B), (C) and (D) 1. (S/NF) The Charge on September 11 chaired a meeting of Embassy Amman's Homeland Security Working Group (HSWG). A/DCM, and DAO, LEGATT, ORCA, RSO, POL, ECON, CONS, and ADMIN agency/section chiefs participated in the meeting. 2. (S) We intend to use the meetings of the newly-constituted HSWG to complement the coordinative and operational functions of the Emergency Action Committee, the Terrorism Financing Coordination Group, the Visas Viper Committee, and other Embassy groups concerned wholly or in part with homeland security.
