(C) On July 20 at approximately 2040 at Marka Air Base in
Amman, Jordanian national and "no longer enemy combatant"
(NLEC) Khalid Mahmoud Abdul Wahab returned to Jordan via U.S.
milair from Incirlik. An officer of Embassy Amman's Military
Assistance Program witnessed a brief exchange on the airfield
during which Abdul Wahab was placed in the custody of a
waiting representative of the Jordanian General Intelligence
Directorate.
