A brief survey of food products available in Honduras identified the following meats and cheeses being sold under names derived from or similar to those on the geographical indicator list: 2. Meat Produced in Honduras: Delikatessen Mortadela (produced by Zamorano Agroindustrial) Mortadela de Pollo (produced by Delicia) Jamon Bavaria (produced by Embutidos Delicia) Imported: Prosciutto (San Daniele, Canada) Mortadela (Toledo, Guatemala) 3. Cheese Produced in Honduras: Queso Parmesano (produced by Lacthosa) Queso Procesado de Tipo Mozzarella (produced by Lacthosa) Queso Procesado de Tipo Pecorino (produced by Lacthosa) Queso Rallado Tipo Parmesano (produced by Leche y Derivados SA) Imported: Queso Tipo Manchego (Dos Pinos, Costa Rica) Feta (Vigo, Bulgaria) 4. Honduras also imports a wide variety of meats and cheeses from the US with names derived from or similar to those on the geographical indicator list, including: Feta (President, Stella) Parmesan (Stella) Gorgonzola (Stella) 5.
