ESTHOFF passed reftel invitation letter July 20 to MFA International Disarmament Affairs Ambassador Tomas Rodriguez Pantoja, urging Spain to send two experts to the September 20-22 International Export Control Conference in Stockholm, Sweden. Rodriguez Pantoja said he would coordinate with the Industry and Commerce Ministry's export control office, the Spanish intelligence services, and Spanish customs, and hoped to be able to provide the Embassy the names of the Spanish attendees prior to our August 15 deadline. 2.
