(U) Pol/Econ delivered demarche per reftel 14 July to Director of Bilateral Relations in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Ali Hassan. Hassan said that Djibouti supported reforms in all organs of the United Nations and that Djibouti will vote for any positive reforms. He added that he was not familiar with the U.S. position on the Peace Building Commission and thanked Pol/Econ for the documents explaining it. RAGSDALE
