(C) CDA delivered ref A and B notifications of four Yemenis
scheduled to go before the Administrative Review Board to
Foreign Minister Abubakr Qirbi on July 13. Qirbi accepted
the names without comment. CDA expressed hope that the
upcoming visit of Yemeni security officials would facilitate
the return of detainees scheduled for transfer (ref C, D and
E). CDA also requested the submission of travelers'
biographical information at the earliest possible date.
