1. (C) Per REFTEL, Post convened a meeting of the Emergency 
Action Committee (EAC) on 07/07/2005 to review its current 
security posture in light of the attacks in London, England. 
The EAC discussed the need to issue a warden message or 
public announcement and concluded that the current warden 
message and travel advisories suffice.  No additional 
security measures are to be implemented at this time. 
 
2. (C) The EAC was composed of the Ambassador, RSO, COS, 
MGTO, USLO, CONS, POL, PAO and IMO.  RSO and COS will notify 
the appropriate authorities.  The EAC does not feel at this 
time that an increase in security services is needed nor 
should the current security posture be modified.  Appropriate 
Military representatives are aware of the current threat and 
will take measures IAW their SOPs. 
 
3. (C) Post continues to coordinate closely with Host Nation 
security, US Military and French Military counterparts to 
monitor intelligence and threat information that may have an 
impact on security.
