(U) Pol/Econ delivered demarche per reftel 30 June to the Americas Desk Officer in the Department of Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Omar Djama. Djama said he would pass the information on to the appropriate offices, but had no information whether Djibouti would send an official to the 28th session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
