On June 27, Julio Peralta, Director for International
Organizations within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told
POLOFF the MFA is still awaiting a report from the GOP
Mission in Geneva on the Swiss Proposal. POLOFF noted the
June 28 deadline for reply and Peralta said he would call
Geneva. Post will report any additional information via
septel.
