UNCLAS PARIS 004463 SIPDIS STATE FOR EUR/WE AND EB/TRA E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: EAIR, FR SUBJECT: FRANCE CIVAIR: MULTIPLE DESIGNATIONS REF. STATE 95168 Embassy informed the French Government by diplomatic note of designations as cited reftel. On 18 June, Embassy received a diplomatic note from the foreign ministry which "takes note of the designations of Air America Inc., Island Bird Inc., Clair Aero Inc. and Servecios Profesionales Inc. to fly non-scheduled flights under conditions prescribed in the bilateral U.S.-French agreement on air services and welcomes these operators who have heretofore not been registered."
