1. Per REFTEL, the appropriate local national checks have 
been conducted for the Djiboutian participants of session 16 
LEEDP.  Post is still in the process of vetting the names 
through appropriate U.S. Agencies and will forward any 
negative information as received.  Travel itinerary and other 
pertinent information will be forwarded to ILEA Gaborone via 
SEPTEL.
