TO FRENCH FOREIGN MINISTRY

1. Per Ref A instruction, on June 22 we passed Ref A para 3
draft resolution on the UN Peacebuilding Commission to the
relevant MFA IO office, asked for comments, and will report
them once our contacts have been able to review the material.
2. Ref B para 3 reports recent GOF views on this matter, as
conveyed to Ambassador Tahir-Kheli during her June 15
consultations in Paris.
