Acting PolCouns delivered on June 16 ref B talking points on
UN reform in the form of a non-paper to Walid Obeidat in the
Foreign Minister's private office. Obeidat said that he
would provide copies of the points to relevant offices in the
Foreign Ministry, including the International Organizations
department, and deliver them to Foreign Minister Qasrawi.
Charge has requested an appointment with Qasrawi per ref A to
convey to him directly U.S. priorities for UN reform.
