(C) On June 17, Pol Chief spoke with the Ghanaian Foreign Ministry's Acting Director for International Organizations Edwin Adjei and delivered reftel demarche on the Swiss Circular Note on the Conference for a Third Additional Protocol to the Geneva Convention. Adjei said the Foreign Ministry had not been officially informed of this issue and that he knew nothing about it.
