(U) Poloff delivered talking points from reftel via fax to Ambassador Mulamula, Director of Multilateral Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) on June 3. On June 15 Poloff called on Anisa Mbega of the Office for Multilateral Affairs at MFA to follow up on the demarche. Mbega received the hard copy of the talking points and said she would be sure that Ambassador Mulamula, who is currently in New York at the UN, had received them. OWEN
