1. The following information has been received from Robert 
Curtis, claimant G.  His letter (below), requesting 
assistance in returning to Canada, is accompanied by two 
copies of a FOIA request (para 2).  Post is forwarding the 
original to WHA/CAN for transmittal to the FOIA office and 
other offices as appropriate, and will send Mr. Curtis a 
letter to that effect.

Dear Sir, 
 
            I request your assistance in returning to Canada 
for several reasons: 
 
1.  To regain $10,000.00 of personal property left at my 
Mining Claims in the NW Territories of Canada. 
 
2.  Too (sic) clear-up an Arrest Warrant I am told is 
outstanding. 
 
  a.  To assist in Robert Curtis appearing in Canada's 
Federal Court to determine the Factuality of the Canadian 
False Claims (LIES). 
 
  b.  To assist in setting up a true Federal Judicial Inquiry 
as to the FRAUD Committed against Robert Curtis. 
 
  c.  To the extent of a Cover-up violating Trade Agreements 
and Treaties between Canada and the United States by the 
Federal Government of Canada attempting to have Robert Curtis 
sent to prison for twenty years - having supplied FALSE 
INFORMATION and intervened into the US Judicial Courts with 
BRIDBES to Federal EMPLOYEES (Witnesses). 
 
3.  To assist in proving the True OWNERSHIP of a 
Diamondiferous Kimberlitic Pipe located on the 8000 acres of 
Mineral Claims Robert Curtis Legally Staked and Claimed along 
the shores of Wijinnedi Lake for 12-years at a cost of 
$700,000.00 U.S..
