(C) S29F-04: Pol-Econ Chief delivered reftel points to Karol Mistrik, Director of the MFA Disarmament, OSCE and Counter-terrorism Department. Mistrik thanked the U.S. for the information and promised to share it with the other relevant authorities on the Slovak export licensing committee.
