enemy combatant from GTMO, and ref B notification of a Yemeni
scheduled to go before the Administration Review Board.
Noman accepted the names without comment, but inquired about
the postponed visit of Yemeni security forces to GTMO. DCM
replied that preparations to re-schedule the visit are
underway. Noman provided no additional information on ROYG's
willingness to accept the transfer of detainees in ref C and
D.
