Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

UNCLAS KINGSTON 001463 SIPDIS DEPARTMENT FOR WHA/CAR (BENT) SOUTHCOM FOR POLAD AND J7 E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: AORC, ELAB, JM, ILO SUBJECT: URGING SUPPORT FOR ADDITIONAL FISCAL RESTRAINT ON ILO'S PROPOSED BUDGET FOR 2006-2007 REF: STATE 094763 1. On May 25, Poloff delivered reftel talking points by telephone and fax to Sheila Sealy-Monteith, Director, International Organizations Department, Mininstry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (MFAFT). Sealy-Monteith responded that her colleague with responsibility for ILO issues was out of the office, but that she would forward the points on to Andrea Wilson in her department for review and comment. 2. On May 31, Poloff contacted Andrea Wilson for further comment on reftel talking points. Because the International Labor Conference was already underway in Geneva and she had already sent her briefing materials to the Jamaican delegation, Wilson suggested that the U.S. mission in Geneva contact their Jamaican counterparts directly to discuss the issue.
