Berry. Reasons 1.5 (b,d) 1. (C) On July 31, Charge delivered reftel points (left as a non-paper) on U.S. Goals at the 57th UNGA to Ali al-Ayed, personal aide to Foreign Minister Muasher. Al-Ayed (who will be part of the Jordanian delegation to the UNGA) promised to share the non-paper with other relevant MFA officials, and with FM Muasher when he returns from the U.S. this weekend.
