Poloff delivered ref A demarche points to Charlotte Frater,
United Nations, Human Rights and Commonwealth Division,
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) on June 1. The
GoNZ delegation to UNESCO in Paris departed prior to this
action; however Frater forwarded the points to the delegation
in Paris, including James Hartley, Legal Advisor, MFAT.
Hartley holds a prominent role in the delegation and
delivered the response communicated in ref B.
