Uyangoda, Director General of the UN and Multilateral Affairs Division of the Sri Lanka Ministry of Foreign Affairs on May 26, 2005. Reftel points were also copied to Mr. Mahinda Madihahewa, Secretary, Ministry of Labor Relations and Foreign Employment.
