Post was informed that the following four people will make up
the Colombian delegation to the MOP-2 in Montreal: Martha L.
Perez, Environment Group, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Ana
Luisa Diaz, ICA, Ministry of Agriculture; Alvaro J.
Rodriguez, Ministry of Environment; Andres M. Rengifo, Chief,
Legal Office, Ministry of Agriculture. The Colombian
delegation is willing to meet with the US delegation in
Montreal. Martha Ligia Perez from the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs will be the contact person for the meeting. Her
