Econoff delivered Reftel demarche and talking points to Alikhan Mambetalin, Deputy Chairman of the Kazakhstan Customs Committee and Colonel of the Customs Service Daniyar Kerimbekov, Head of the International Relations Division of the Kazakhstani customs service. 2. Kerimbekov seemed very familiar with the Framework. He said that although it is still being studied within the customs service, in principle the GOK looks favorably on it. 3. At the June 23-25 session of the WCO, Kazakhstan will be represented by the Chairman of the Customs Committee Berdybek Saparbayev, Col.
