(SBU) On 26 May 2005, per reftel para. 4, DTRO-Almaty delivered JCIC-DIP-05-007 to Captain Rinat Mirsakhatov, Assistant to the Acting Deputy Chief, Arms Reduction Control and Inspection Activities Support Center, Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense. Captain Mirsakhatov had no comment and no reaction. He stated that he would forward the information to the appropriate officials. 2. (U) POC for this action is Major Stephen Green, Chief, DTRO-A.
