(SBU) On 5 May 2005, per reftel para. 6, DTRO-Almaty delivered the U.S response to the Russian proposal regarding ground transportation notifications to LTC Anarbek Akhmetalin, Acting Deputy Chief, Arms Reduction Control and Inspection Activities Support Center, Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Defense. LTC Akhmetalin had no comments and no reaction. He stated that he would forward the information to the appropriate officials. 2. (U) POC for this action is Major Stephen Green, Chief, DTRO-A.
