UNCLAS VILNIUS 000453 SIPDIS STATE FOR EUR/NB AND EB/TPP/IPE (JURBAN) STATE PLEASE PASS TO USTR E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: ECON, ETRD, LH, HT24 SUBJECT: LITHUANIA: ADVANCE NOTICE OF IPR WATCH LISTING REF: SECSTATE 79037 We notified Dalia Kadisiene of MFA's International Economic Organizations Division April 29 that, later the same day, USTR would announce the results of the 2005 Special 301 review and that Lithuania remains on the Special 301 Watch List. Kadisiene said the GOL is committed to strengthening IPR protections and would seriously consider the report. Kelly
