On March 10, Embassy delivered guidelines on ban of lighters on flights to, from and within the U.S. to the Director General of Civil Aviation, the Director of Airports, the head of Dominican airport security and the managers of all international airports in the Dominican Republic. 2. Santo Domingo Las Americas Airport, Santiago Cibao International Airport and Puerto Plata International confirm that the lighter ban is being enforced on all flights to the United States. KUBISKE
