SUBJECT: SEIZURE OF 59 KILOS OF COCAINE; 
GFTI-05-9154/HONDURAS 
 
1. (U) On April 22, 2005, in a routine traffic inspection in 
the vicinity of Tocoa, Honduras, the INL funded Honduran 
Frontier Police seized 59 kilos of cocaine from a white 1999 
Toyota pick-up, bearing Honduran license plate PAM0326.  The 
driver of the vehicle was identified as Gilmer Alberto 
ARGUIJO-Morazan (NADDIS NEGATIVE), DOB: August 9, 1973, 
Honduran ID Number: 0806-1973-00265.  The load of cocaine was 
found secreted under the flat bed of the truck.  ARGUIJO was 
carrying a cell phone that was assigned telephone number 
990-4196. 
 
2.  (U) A review of calls made through this cell phone 
indicates that the phone received calls from 391-6188, 
392-7847, and 982-2839.  After ARGUIJO was taken into custody 
he made a call to 441-5531, NFI. 
 
3.  (U) According to Honduran records, the Toyota pick-up is 
registered to Marco Tulio ANDRADA-Alberto (NADDIS NEGATIVE) 
of Barrio Guamilito, San Pedro Sula, HD. 
Any additional information obtained through subsequent 
investigation will be reported in a follow up cable. 
 
4.  (U) Pursuant to the DEA Agents Manual, section 6242.11, 
this cable is submitted in lieu of a DEA6 report of 
investigation.
