Translation of the note reads as follows: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tunisia presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States of America and in reference to its Note Verbale No 506 of April 8, 2005 relating to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 between the Government of Tunisia and the United States of America, has the honor to inform that the National Defense Ministry does not object to replacing the sentence "under the military assistance program" of the second paragraph, section 505 (f) of the Agreement, with the sentence "on a grant basis from".
