(SBU) Polcouns raised reftel points on April 19 with Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) Assistant Secretary for International Organizations Richard Sadleir. SIPDIS Sadleir assured us that Australia would vote against a Cuban resolution on Guantanamo if one came to a vote. Sadleir said Australia's categorical position was that such a resolution coming from a country like Cuba would be "disgraceful." Stanton
