(C) PolOff delivered reftel message concerning the June 7-10 Fourth Global Forum on Fighting Corruption to Ministry of Foreign Affairs Assistant Undersecretary for Coordination and Follow Up Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa April 13. Sheikh Abdul Aziz pledged to relay the message to appropriate officials in the GOB, but was not optimistic that the GOB would send a representative to the Forum. MONROE
