On April 14, Charge a.i. delivered the talking points in ref to MFA Deputy Principal Secretary Thabang Lekhela. The DPS said that Lesotho will be represented in Santiago by its Ambassador to the U.S., Molelekeng Rapolaki, and Ms. M. Ranooe, Counselor -- Division of Europe and the Americas, MFA. 2. Lekhela added that the GOL does not intend to propose any initiatives at the Ministerial and would not request bilateral meetings with Secretary Rice. ALBRECHT
