On April 13, Emboff delivered reftel points and background
papers to Maurice Biggar, First Secretary, UN/International
Terrorism and Illicit Drugs section at the Department of
Foreign Affairs. Biggar said the GOI had no knowledge of
Lashkar e-Tayyiba (LET) connections to Ireland, and that he
forwarded ref B (pre-notification) information to the
Department of Finance, Central Bank and Department of Justice
for reference.
