Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

S E C R E T LJUBLJANA 000246 SIPDIS DEPT FOR NP/ECNP, NEA/ARP, EUR, PM/WRA AND EAP/CM E.O. 12958: DECL: 04/12/2015 TAGS: PARM, PREL, MASS, ETTC, SI SUBJECT: (S) SLOVENIA: NO REPORTED ARMS SALES TO YEMEN REF: SECSTATE 60618 Classified By: Deputy Chief of Mission Dean J. Haas for reasons 1.4(b) and (d). 1. (S) Pol-Miloff delivered reftel talking points on 08 April to MFA Security Policy Department staffer Bostjan Jerman, who handles non-proliferation issues and export controls. Having taken over his current portfolio just last year, Jerman was confident that no arms shipments from Slovenia have been made to Yemen since 2003. He said he would look into whether any such shipments had been made prior to 2003, but he was reasonably confident that there were none. Jerman said he would ensure the talking points reached colleagues in the licensing department at the Defense Ministry, as well. Jerman sits on inter-agency committees dealing with export controls and dual-use licensing. ROBERTSON NNNN 2005LJUBLJ00246 - Classification: SECRET v1.6.2
