EconOff immediately contacted civil aviation authorities to confirm that they had already been notified of the March 1 announcement through normal TSA channels and that they were implementing the lighter ban without any problems. Civil aviation authorities understand USG security concerns and have no objections, nor do they foresee any problems regarding continued implementation of the ban. HAMILTON
