On April 8, we conveyed Assistant Secretary Wayne's letter and reftel non-paper to Ulrike Magloth, Director of International Economic Affairs in the Chancellery. Magloth said that her deputy, Robert Stoeger, and Hubert Heiss, Director General in the Chancellery's Coordination Directorate, would represent Austria at the April 11-12 Executive Committee in Special Session (ECSS) meeting of the OECD. Magloth promised to pass the letter and non-paper to Heiss and Stoeger. Brown
