Internacional LPI MH/UCIP No. 06/2005. The
Ministerio de Hacienda is the government's
Ministry of Finance. Tender is to be financed
with funds from the IDB--Interamerican Development
Bank loan No. 1143/OC-PR. Bidders must be from
IDB member countries, and must participate only
thru their duly registered local agents. Tender
specifications can be viewed on the web pages
http://www.contratacionesparaguay.gov.py and
www.undp.org.py. Specs cost Guaranies 200,000
deposited in the UNDP account PNUD No. 1-0003544/1
at Interbanco, Asuncion. The present free
floating exchange rate is approx. Guaranies 6,250
per U.S. Dollar. Interested parties must purchase
specs through a note on company letterhead,
enclosing the bank deposit slip, and addressed to
Proyecto PAR/02/010 Programa de Preinversion, at
the Ministerio de Hacienda address, or the UNDP
