Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

In late February he told this to his cousin, an FSN at Embassy Rangoon, who passed it on to EmbOffs April 4. 3. (S) When asked what language the North Koreans and Burmese working at the site speak to each other, the source answered, "Korean, as a number of the Burmese working there have been trained in Korea." The FSN said he would report any further information received from his cousin on this matter. Martinez
