(C) On 22 March 2005, Embassy EST officer delivered reftel non-paper on U.S. actions to implement Australia Group (AG) decisions on regional nonproliferation to French Ministry of Foreign Affairs point of contact for AG matters, Etienne Sur. After reading points in non-paper, Sur thanked EST officer and remarked that he would be attending the April 2005 AG Plenary in Sydney, adding that he looked forward to working closely with the U.S. delegation on matters of mutual interest.
