EXBS Adviser delivered reftels' non-papers to MFA Head of
Department for Arms Control and Disarmament Sabri Ergen on
March 18, 2005. Ergen thanked us for the information and
believed that it would be very useful for the Turkish
delegation as they prepare for the upcoming plenary sessions.
While Ergen would not comment on the technical aspects of
the non-papers, he assured EXBS Adviser that the information
would be provided to the Turkish delegation attending the
upcoming AG meetings.
