UNCLAS DUBLIN 000318 SIPDIS E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: UNHRC-1, PDEM, EUN SUBJECT: IRELAND: BELARUS RESOLUTION AT THE UNCHR REF: STATE 41971 On March 10, Emboff delivered reftel draft resolution to Leah Hoctor, Human Rights Desk Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs. Hoctor said that upon initial review of the draft of the Belarus Resolution, the staff of the Human Rights section has no areas of concern and is following the EU lead on this issue. She said she will circulate the draft and discuss it with EU colleagues, but offers no comments or changes at this time. BENTON
