Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

Wiegman said she did not expect the Netherlands would make a national statement at the February 28 IAEA Board of Governors' meeting as the Dutch understood the Director would only be giving an oral report. Nevertheless, Wiegman stressed that it "has always been clear" to the Dutch that if Iran does not live up to its obligations, the Netherlands would support referring the matter to the UNSC. Wiegman added that the Dutch hoped other processes would be successful first. SOBEL
