Embassy officer followed up our fax to the MFA of reftel non-paper and annex in a meeting with MFA director for UN, OAS, and international organization affairs Michelle Cohen. She expressed appreciation for the information and indicated the MFA had received the Argentine preliminary paper on the 2005 Summit of the Americas, but had no further reaction. Embassy will report any subsequent MFA comment. HERTELL
