SUBJECT: COUNTRY CLEARANCE REQUEST - DOROTHY ROGERS TO APIA 
 
 
1.  Embassy requests country clearance for Political Officer 
Dorothy Rogers to travel to Apia, Samoa from February 26 - 
March 14, 2005.  The purpose of Ms. Rogers' visit is to act 
as principal officer during the absence of Charge Tim 
Harley. 
 
2.  Ms. Rogers will arrive at Faleolo Airport in Apia on 
Polynesian Airlines flight PH 732 on Saturday, February 26, 
at 21:00.  She will depart Monday, March 14, at 01:00 on 
Polynesian Airlines Flight PH 721. 
 
3.  Assistance is requested in securing hotel accommodation 
for this time period.
